Great info! I just went to the doctor and while getting my blood pressure taken, I consciously tried to calm myself with my breathing. It worked. First blood pressure reading in several months that was normal. Thanks for sharing your expertise both on this blog and during our weekly yoga class.!

Sandy, this is great news! Keep up the excellent work with your breathing practices as well as getting your regular exercise (yoga😄 , walking, etc.).
