As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, it's important to continue to take the time to care for your health. During this prolonged and uncertain time be sure to look after your mind, body, and spirit. Isolation seems to contribute to the rise in mental health symptoms.
For the month of March I'll offer yoga every Saturday online through Zoom from 10:00am-11:00am. Cost is $10 per person, per class.
These classes will strengthen your body, help you to breathe better (mask free), reduce stress, and be in visual contact with others.
Take advantage of this exercise opportunity to get physically and emotionally fit. Get "un-isolated" by joining me and others online.
