Donation-Based Yoga Class: Yoga with Weights
Using 2-, 3-, or 5-pound weights (or soup cans) we stabilize the body helping to achieve a higher level of physical conditioning. Excellent for increasing bone density, body tone, and muscular strength.
Materials: Yoga mat or towel, dumbbells or soup cans, and your water bottle.
(Optional: Chair for balance or sitting option and/or pillow to support the head and knees for poses on the floor.)

Donate today in order to get registered for the class (no later than April 23rd).
Part of the proceeds will go to the Veterans of Foreign Affairs (VFW).
