Saturday, April 24, 2021 10:00-11:00am Donation-Based Yoga Class: Yoga with Weights Using 2-, 3-, or 5-pound weights (or soup cans) we stabilize the body helping to achieve a higher level of physical conditioning. Excellent for increasing bone density, body tone, and muscular strength. Materials: Yoga mat or towel, dumbbells or soup cans, and your water bottle. (Optional: Chair for balance or sitting option and/or pillow to support the head and knees for poses on the floor.) *Class is online via Zoom Platform* Donate today in order to get registered for the class (no later than April 23rd).
