Donation-Based Yoga Class: Healing Yoga for the Neck & Shoulders
Tasks we take for granted such as reading, driving, and using the computer can create tension in the neck and shoulders. This class will present gentle exercises you can do to help strengthen the neck and shoulders and get immediate relief.
Donate today to get registered for this class. Two ways to donate:
Class Materials: Yoga mat or towel, strap or tie, and your water bottle. (Optional: Light dumbbells, chair for balance, as a sitting option, and/or pillow to support the head and knees for poses on the floor.)
Part of the proceeds will go to a special individual―Luz―a domestic abuse survivor who is rebuilding her life. (Her name has been changed for safety reasons.)
