DYOGI is Hatha yoga. Taught to accommodate a variety of abilities: Beginners, Intermediate, Seniors, Chair, Pre/Post Natal, etc.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR-DORIS CACERES-SCHUMICK
I began practicing yoga in December of 2013 after suffering from severe back issues, Achilles Tendonitis, and Fibromyalgia. As my practice deepened, I found a significant reduction in my daily pain and associated symptoms. I am an RYT200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) with the successful completion of a 200-hour yoga teacher training through YogaFit Worldwide. My YogaFit training includes anatomy and physiology, yoga sequencing, exercise science, pose modifications, breathing and pranayama practices, tradition, and so much more.
