Donation-Based Yoga Class: ❤️ Your Brain
This class provides gentle yet active asanas (physical movements), breathing, and meditation to support healing from within. This class is perfect for anyone recovering from brain injury, stroke(s), and suffering from stress, headaches/migraines, depression, and anxiety. A class for anyone and everyone.
Materials: Yoga mat or towel, yoga blocks, hand held therapy or tennis ball, and your water bottle.
(Optional: Chair for balance or sitting option and/or pillow to support the head and knees for poses on the floor.)
