Using 2-, 3-, or 5-pound weights (or soup cans) we stabilize the body helping to achieve a higher level of physical conditioning. Excellent for increasing bone density, body tone, and muscular strength.
Materials: Yoga mat or towel and your water bottle. All exercises can be done without weights if you don't have any or choose the no-weights option.
(Optional: Dumbbells or soup cans, chair for balance or sitting option and/or pillow to support the head and knees for poses on the floor.)

Fifteen percent of the proceeds will go to Freedom a la Cart ― a nonprofit social enterprise that makes meals more meaningful by tastefully combining fresh, from-scratch cuisine with life-changing employment and long-term support to local survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation. What started in 2011 as a food cart to create job opportunities has since blossomed into a café + bakery, a catering business, and a meal prep program called Freedom at Home. Over the past 5 years, 80 survivors have been trained in Freedom a la Cart’s workforce development program, of which 83% have not been arrested since participating in its program.
